Eligibility

Any resident in our service area (Tipp City, Monroe or Bethel Townships) may apply for Needy Basket help if he/she can show proof of residence in our service area and certify that their total household income is less than the poverty level for a household of their size, as described on the Ohio Job and Family Services form JFS 04221 published in July of each year.
